All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including change of mind, or dissatisfaction with the product.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@prana.vip with photos of the issue. We will review your claim and, at our sole discretion, may offer a replacement or store credit.

Order Errors

If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will make it right by sending the correct item at no additional cost.
