Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with PRANA. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days(Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.


2. Shipping Carriers

We ship via trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier used for your order will depend on your location, package size, and selected shipping method.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. PRANA is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method. We reserve the right to adjust shipping rates at any time without prior notice.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.


6. Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer's sole responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. PRANA is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional re-shipping fees.


7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier and marked as shipped, PRANA is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, we recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors or building management
  • Contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number
  • Filing a claim with the carrier

PRANA will make reasonable efforts to assist in the investigation but cannot guarantee a resolution or replacement in cases of carrier loss or theft.


8. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to PRANA as undeliverable (due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery), the customer will be notified. Re-shipment will require payment of a new shipping fee. If the customer chooses not to have the package re-shipped, no refund will be issued, in accordance with our No Refund Policy.


9. International Shipping

At this time, PRANA primarily ships within the United States. If international shipping is available for your region, it will appear as an option at checkout. International customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country. PRANA has no control over these charges and is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


10. Shipping Delays

PRANA is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carrier operational issues
  • Severe weather or natural disasters
  • Federal holidays or peak season volume
  • Customs processing (international orders)
  • Any circumstances beyond our control


11. Holiday Shipping

During major holidays, please place your orders well in advance to account for increased carrier volume and potential delays. PRANA cannot guarantee delivery by specific dates during peak seasons.


12. P.O. Boxes

We do ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS. However, expedited or overnight shipping options may not be available for P.O. Box addresses.
